Terms and Conditions - Joining printdeals.ca Print with Purpose Charity Program:

We strive to help our local communities prosper. 

Our commitment is to offer high quality, affordable online print products to Vancouver Island businesses and to give back to our local communities. 


Once your charity has been submitted for review, we will complete an evaluation of the following:

Confirmation of a registered Canadian Charity

Ensure all contact information is correct

Ensure Charity aligns with our goal for building a safer and prosperous community

Charity Requirements:

We will provide you with template scripts to share with your online social media community and keep you up to date with any specials and promotions.  We ask that all approved charities share these links with your network once per month.

Payment Terms:

All sales reporting will be done on a month-to-month basis.  On the 5th of the following month, we will complete a sales report for the prior month (1 - the last day of the month) and will issue a cheque for donation on the 15th of the following month.  This will be mailed to the mailing address provided at the time of registration.  If we do not receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of total monthly amount from the charity, you will be removed from our Print With Purpose Charity Program.  

With each charity we choose to work with, we do our very best to ensure their vision and mission aligns with our goals.  At anytime, if we feel that it is not a right fit we will provide the charity with a 10 day notice of termination letter and complete final payout as per original terms discussed.


We cannot guarantee any certain amount of donation, we will do our very best to promote your Charity to our customers.  
if your monthly donation amount is below $100, we will carry over your donations to the next monthly donation payout period.
