Island Crisis Care Society
Through housing and outreach programs, ICCS helps people in crisis stabilize and find the support, resources, and services they need to recover and be well. Currently, ICCS runs 12 programs across 7 sites where we address the needs of over 250 individuals a day who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness. These include short term spaces for people in crisis, assisted living programs that provide specialized ‘stabilization’ supports for clients in substance use or mental health crisis, spaces for supportive recovery, supportive housing for people not yet quite ready to live independently, transitional housing for people who are nearly ready to live on their own, and Outreach Support and access to Subsidized Housing for those who are just starting to live independently. ICCS also offers lifeskills and work experience programs for clients that are ready to start taking steps back into community life.

Literacy Central Vancouver Island
Literacy Central Vancouver Island for 30 years has been providing free tutoring in reading, writing, math and computers for adults, families and youth. We create & foster a learning community where people will improve their literacy. Literacy is a lifelong learning process. We recognize the value of becoming literate by assisting and enabling individuals to achieve their personal goals.

Rugged Coast Research Society
On a mission to understand and mitigate humankind’s impacts on the world’s wild places. We are firm believers of giving back to the natural playgrounds that have given us so much over the years. Formed in 2017, RCRS is comprised of marine industry professionals, marine biologists and entrepreneurs working together to research the impacts of marine debris and restore the most remote areas of our coast.

Victoria Women's Transition House Society
Victoria Women’s Transition House Society collaborates, advocates and educates to address and prevent intimate partner violence of women and children through supportive shelter, housing, counselling and other community-based services.
